If you do not log in to your Rewards4Imps account AND collect / spend points for a period of twelve months or more, then your account will be classed as 'dormant' and your points balance will be deleted.
To save your points, there's two steps you will need to complete:
- Log in to your Rewards4Imps account AND
- Collect or spend points
then your Account will become a 'Dormant Account'.
This means that we may make your account inactive and cancel any Points balance sitting on it. But don't worry! We will contact you by email beforehand to let you know your Account is at risk of being re-classified as a Dormant Account and that your Points balance may be cancelled as a result. If you then log-in to your Account AND collect or spend Points within a period specified in the email, then your Account status will remain active.
Unspent points collected with Lincoln City during each season will be deleted on 30th April. Please note, that any points collected on seasonal memberships for the following season will remain on your account.
